Why do I need my backflow device
inspected according to state and local codes?

(i.e. City of Houston, Katy, Eco Resources, Severn Trent,
etc.) for local requirements on backflow testing.
- FOR THE
SAFETY OF FAMILY AND COMMUNITY.

Avoid
contaminating the potable water supply. Back-siphonage (the
reversal of normal flow of water in a sprinkler system) can
cause contaminates and toxins, such as pesticides in your
lawn, or animal goodies to flow from your lawn irrigation
system into domestic water lines. In order to avoid these
liabilities, you, as a homeowner, should contact a certified
backflow assembly tester.
